Hallam Johnson
Creative Director & Co Founder
Out of the two of us, Hallam's the one you'll find quietly behind the lens rather than in front of it — no camera-shy jokes needed, he'll happily confirm it himself.
He started out in digital drawing and editing for fashion concepts before falling into photography, where he's since racked up years of experience across events, weddings, and his signature portraiture shots.
Natural colours and 'authentic' images are his thing — no over-editing, no gimmicks, just capturing the moment as it actually happened. That eye for detail continues to shape a lot of our projects.
Away from work, Hallam's usually found spending time with his wife and son - though when he does get a moment to himself, he can be found gaming, or cheering on his beloved Chelsea.
Kellen Blackwell
Creative Director & Co Founder
Unlike Hallam, you're far more likely to catch Kellen on camera — presenting, hosting, or fronting UGC content for various brands.
A BJTC-accredited journalist with a First-Class honours and over a decade of media experience, Kellen has covered pretty much every corner of the industry, from radio and writing, to social content and major international sporting events. He also handles the less glamorous side of the business — including our finances, and day to day operations.
His love of filmmaking and storytelling, paired with a never-ending list of ideas (some brilliant, some "ambitious"), drives much of our creative direction.
Away from work, Kellen is a self-titled professional traveller, regularly off exploring the world! When he's not on a plane, he can be found playing sport, gaming, or spending time with friends and family.
